ReadyCheck ("ReadyCheck", "we", "us") is an esports scores, stats, and fan-gamification platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use rdycheck.gg, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it — including the rights guaranteed to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if you're located in the European Economic Area.
When you create an account, we receive your email address and, if you sign in with Discord, Google, Twitch, or Battle.net, the basic profile information those providers share with us (typically your display name, avatar, and a unique account ID) — never your password on those platforms, which we never see. We store this to create your ReadyCheck account, keep you signed in, and display your username and avatar around the site. You choose your own in-app username and, optionally, a display name and bio in your profile settings.
Using ReadyCheck's fan features creates data tied to your account: your R-Coins wallet balance and transaction history, booster packs you've opened and the player cards you own, match predictions you've placed (including your pick, stake, and outcome), quest progress, and your Daily Spin streak. This data exists to run the features themselves — showing your balance, settling predictions, and tracking your collection — and is never sold or used for anything beyond operating ReadyCheck.
A small number of trusted administrator accounts can upload replacement logos for teams, players, leagues, and organizations shown on the site. Uploaded files are stored with our cloud storage provider (Supabase Storage) and are only usable by that admin account; this feature isn't available to regular user accounts.
We use a small number of specialized providers to run ReadyCheck, each acting as our data processor under a data-processing agreement (or, for our own infrastructure, directly as a controller):
• Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) — hosts your account, wallet, and gameplay data. • Vercel (hosting) — serves the website and processes standard web request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and performance. • PandaScore — supplies the match, team, and player esports data shown on the site; we don't send PandaScore any of your personal data. • Raider.IO — supplies World of Warcraft raiding and Race to World First data shown on ReadyCheck; we don't send Raider.IO any of your personal data. • Leaguepedia — supplies community League of Legends wiki data that may appear on LoL-related pages; we don't send Leaguepedia any of your personal data. • Twitch, Kick, and YouTube — when you choose to watch an embedded stream or open its chat, your browser connects directly to that platform, which may set its own cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy. We gate these embeds behind the cookie-consent banner described below, so they don't load until you've accepted.
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on ReadyCheck.
Signing in uses an essential session cookie set by Supabase Auth, required for the site to work and not subject to consent. Beyond that, ReadyCheck stores a few small pieces of state directly in your browser's local storage — never on a server — so guests can use gameplay features without an account:
• A guest R-Coins wallet balance and prediction history, if you play without signing in. • Your favorite teams, players, and tournaments, if you haven't linked them to an account. • Whether you've already claimed your one-time free booster pack or spun the Daily Spin today. • Your cookie-consent choice (see below).
This local data stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and disappears if you clear your browser's site data. If you sign in, gameplay data instead moves to your account in our database, governed by the same rights described in this policy.
We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to keep records for longer (for example, security-incident logs).
If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; export your data in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent (for example, your cookie consent) at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
ReadyCheck's gamification features (R-Coins, booster packs, and predictions) involve a virtual economy and are only intended for users who meet the minimum age required by law in their jurisdiction to use such features (16 in most EU member states, unless local law sets a different threshold) — see our Terms of Service for details. ReadyCheck is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your data is stored in Supabase's managed Postgres database, protected by Row Level Security policies that restrict every table to only the rows you're allowed to see, and encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. Wallet balances can only change through a single audited server-side function — never a direct client write — so gameplay data can't be tampered with from the browser.
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. Where that happens, we rely on their Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure your data continues to receive an adequate level of protection.
We may update this Privacy Policy as ReadyCheck's features evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; material changes will be highlighted on the site.
