These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReadyCheck (rdycheck.gg). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
By accessing or using ReadyCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to online services in your jurisdiction, to create a ReadyCheck account. Our gamification features — R-Coins, booster packs, and predictions — are virtual-economy features intended only for users who meet the legal age in their jurisdiction to use features of this kind; by using them, you confirm that you do.
ReadyCheck is a fan platform for esports scores, statistics, streams, and tournament tracking, layered with optional gamification features: a virtual currency (R-Coins), collectible booster packs, and fixed-odds match predictions. These features exist purely for entertainment — ReadyCheck is not a gambling operator, a currency exchange, or a financial service, and nothing on the site should be treated as one.
R-Coins are a virtual, in-app point system with no real-world monetary value. R-Coins:
• Cannot be purchased with real money — there is no way to buy R-Coins on ReadyCheck today, and spending R-Coins on a booster pack only spends existing R-Coins, never real currency. • Cannot be redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, transferred to another user, or sold for real money or any other thing of value, on ReadyCheck or anywhere else. • Have no fixed exchange rate to any currency, cryptocurrency, or other asset. • May be reset, adjusted, or removed by us at any time, including to correct errors, abuse, or exploits, without compensation.
Any reference on the site to "betting", "odds", "pot", or similar language describes purely virtual mechanics settled in R-Coins — never real money.
Booster packs are virtual, randomized collections of digital player cards, purchased with R-Coins or claimed for free. Card rarities and pull odds are disclosed in the shop before purchase. Booster packs and the cards they contain are licensed to you for use within ReadyCheck only — they are not property you own outside the platform, cannot be sold or transferred for real money, and have no cash value.
Predictions let you pick a side in an upcoming match and stake R-Coins at fixed odds set by our own model — not a live betting market. Where too few real users have picked a side, we seed the displayed pool with a house liquidity estimate so odds and percentages stay meaningful; this seed is virtual and never paid out to any user. Match outcomes are determined by the real-world results supplied by our data provider, PandaScore. All predictions settle in R-Coins only, are for entertainment purposes, and carry no real payout, regardless of the outcome.
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to farm quests, free packs, or predictions; use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the site; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the wallet, prediction, or booster systems; scrape or bulk-extract data from the site; or use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users. We may rate-limit, throttle, or block behavior we reasonably believe is automated or abusive.
We may suspend or terminate your account, and reset or forfeit any associated R-Coins, booster packs, or predictions, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, abused the economy systems, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; doing so ends your access to any R-Coins balance or card collection tied to it.
Team, player, league, and tournament names, logos, and imagery shown on ReadyCheck belong to their respective organizations and rights holders and are used for identification and news/fan-commentary purposes. Match, roster, and esports statistics data is licensed from PandaScore. World of Warcraft raiding and Race to World First data is sourced from Raider.IO. League of Legends community statistics and related wiki data may also be sourced from Leaguepedia. ReadyCheck's own branding, design, and software are our property or that of our licensors.
ReadyCheck may embed live streams and chat from Twitch, Kick, and YouTube, and may link to other third-party sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those third parties — your use of an embedded stream or an external link is subject to that platform's own terms.
ReadyCheck is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of live scores or statistics, which depend on third-party data feeds and can be delayed or incorrect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyCheck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any loss of virtual R-Coins, cards, or prediction history — these have no real-world monetary value and cannot give rise to a financial claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence if you're an EU consumer.
We may update these Terms as ReadyCheck evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
